She’s a Warrior…
New York, NY – Oct 18, 2012 Masia One has DJs and producers buzzing these days from the launch of her video Warriors Tongue, chanting down the arrival of the lyrical warriors through the ghettos of the Philippines, face hidden by a black hoody. Immediately dozens of remixes began circulating online with everyone asking where this 5 foot Asian girl with the larger than life voice emerged from? This was followed by the leak of her singles SOLDIER with Talib Kweli and ERRRYBODY featuring Pharrell and The Game. ERRRYBODY hit the radar of Hot 97’s Miss Info and every major Hiphop blog and website. This is only the beginning as the artist gets ready for her New York City debut October 18 at Happy Ending Lounge (302 Broome St).
BOOTLEG CULTURE LP
Courted by Grammy winning Aftermath producer Che Vicious (Lauryn Hill, 50 Cent, Kanye West), the two began working on a project together resulting in BOOTLEG CULTURE. The album debuts in America October 18 2012 on San Francisco based electronic label Muti Music and features collaborations with Wu-Tang Clan’s The RZA, Uh Huh Her’s Camila Grey and former Idle Warship singer Graph Nobel (Black Molly).
